I also understand that the artists producing this music CD package do not themselves comprise, or are associated with, an approved 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Therefore, no part of my purchase can be considered a charitable contribution by current US tax code. I understand that the release date of this music CD package shall be assigned at the sole discretion of the artists.
